HUD options:
OPTIONS: dialog options menu includes:
Say Mode: Say mode for auto-chat
Interval: time interval for auto chat
Greet Msg: edit greeting message for auto greet option
Greet Mode: Greet mode for auto-greet
SearchLibrary: Search items in the library notecard
Change greet range
Requests channel on/off
ClearInventory: clears inventory items if you have added any to be given
Effect!: This is an extra fun feature to send particle effects to someone you select
NOTE: must wear/add the effects attachment in order for particles to work.
GREET: toggle auto greet on/off (auto greet covers 64 meters of range)
You can change the greet message mode in the options menu.
CHAT: Toggle auto chat messages to be said in chat on/off
MESSAGE: Send a custom message to someone you select or to all avatars on the parcel
This feature also gives inventory items from the hud's content, it can give 1 object, 1 landmark, 1 notecard, 1 texture, 1 gesture when any or all of these items are available.
AGENDA: Manage events schedule, you add new, list schedule or clear schedule...
You can add up to 60 items at a time. Each item must be less than 100 characters which is more than enough.
This feature also works with an alarm (reminder) that notifies you when a schedule's time you have saved is due

NOTE: reminder has no sound, but only a message and visual effect on the hud.
NOTE: a schedule item gets automatically cleared when its time is due.
LIBRARY: lists saved library items they can be music stream URLs, messages or private noted from library notecard in HUD's object inventory
ANIM: there is no animations included so you need to add you own, up to unlimited personal host animations.
TIPS: the tips option automatically rezzes a custom made host tipjar which is a money briefcase, the tipjar roams around and moves to be next to each avatar to encourage them to collect tips.
when it is rezzed, click the tips button again to delete the tipjar wherever it is.
NOTE: You must be able to rez objects on the parcel in order for this feature to work, and you must have the place group tag active when you use the hud. if cannot rez, the tipjar would fail to be rezzed.
REQUESTS FEATURE: You can receive requests suggestions or even complaints from nearby avatars on channel /141
you just have to let them know which channel to use to send you these notes.
you would receive a message and a dialog message with a request if someone sends a message on channel /141.
Show/Hide HUD option: touch the little core in the middle to toggle show or hide the hud.
to show the hud must click twice.
Extra Option: touch the ring in middle of the hud to list all avatars in area.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Do not remove anything from the HUD's content (hud inventory) manually... to remove items you have added, use the 'ClearInventory' option in OPIONS.

Problem Solved
I initially ran into a problem with the Host HUD but within hours of my posting a review the creator had contacted me and helped me understand what I was doing incorrectly so I'm changing my review from 2 stars to 4. My basic problem was an inability to add any animations to the HUD except for those with full permissions, turns out that SL requires C/M animations to be added only when the HUD is rezzed and not while active - I should have known this. I appreciate the developer reaching out so quickly. The reason for 4 stars is that the Host HUD is still not a perfect fit for my needs but I believe it will nonetheless be useful.
