This is one of my first houses I built.
It´s maybe not one of the best I ever did but it´s a good house, also for small parcels because its size is only 29x29m.
It was designed as a mistress home with four small rooms for subs, two medium rooms for ladies and one big room with terrace for the mistress.
If you enter the house you see a big living room with hge windows, than a door to the kitchen and one storage room behind the kitchen.
On the roof there is another room for maybe a bar, party, cage or whatever and a big dancefloor. The floor of the roof consists of two texture faces so you can also retexture the dancefloor if you like.
Generally you can retextur every wall if you want to, because the house is mod and copy perm.
The doors can be locked and you can add and remove people with "add [name]", "remove [name]" or to check you can type in local "say list". This only works if the door is active (open).
Mesh technique made this house very prim safing - the whole building with all doors, windows and decoration is only 69 prims, so perfect even for small parcels.
