Small wooden cabin surrounded by pine trees and plants and the lake with bridge and extra pavilion.

The ground (50 prims) can be easily removed for less prim count.

All plants, trees and flowers included and also can easily be unlinked and removed or replaced with your own choice.
Lights with on/off menu.
Bird sounds with on/off.

The doors have a menu for easy access.
Hold your mouse down on the door to get the menu.
Edit the notecard inside the door's contents to your preference.

The Build is COPY - MOD - NO TRANSFER.
Unlinking the build will increase the entire prim count. Please be careful with that.
