This is a piece of Role play furniture
It came about because my partner rp's a doctor and ends up moving patients around quite a bit.
You can place this gurney down like normal furniture were someone can lay on it, but when you have to move them you click it and order it to follow you it will stay by your side wherever you move.

Pretty good.. though "pushing it from the side" isn't super-realistic... it works.
I have one, and I have used it in surgical roleplay.. my only issue with it is that the person "pushing" the gurney is positioned alongside the gurney. Not only doesn't anyone usually do that IRL, but in close quarters (like MY hospital) it's unwieldy and distracting. Otherwise, it's a good, realistic build.
Finally a stretcher that not only carries a patient, but will follow you. Great for RP sims
