The Modensky is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that has two large back porches. There is one 'master' bedroom that has a bathroom and porch access to the second floor porch, this can be used as a bedroom or multi-use game room. The second master bedroom has its own bathroom with a privacy screen put on it that can be changed to your texture of choice.
There are two additional smaller bedroom that are kids rooms but can be used as offices or laundry rooms.
In addition there is a front porch add on that is included in the purchase.
