The house is mod and copy and there are endless possibilities to save on prims if you need to.

Wouldn't Rez
I previously had this house and it worked like a dream, but not just lately. I tried rezzing with the fauz rez today and the house rezzes with the doors and windows all over the place. I had to do a redelivery anyway as i didn't have copies made of the fauz rez from before, but even the redelivery was the same. I really like the house, so i bought it again, (only 50L$ after all) but the new one is exactly the same. It rezzes in pieces. I've now spent 100L$ in total for a house I can no longer use, which is a bit annoying, and put me off buying anything else from this creator. ... Sorry Elle.
I was never able to rez it.
Way over my head, I spent hours trying to rez it, no matter what I did it continued to believe I had no right to rez. Too complicated for me, I just wanted a simple building for rentals. It only cost L$50 which is 19 cents in real money, so I just deleted it. Life is too short for this kind of complication.

This is my second home from Elle and once again I am over the moon with it .Looks better in world than on the picture. WORTH five stars and more .
Outstanding
Adore this house. Perfection as always. I went from having a bare sim to a lovely coastal type resort in less than a day all with your houses, tried a few but the personal touch in your work, makes them the winner for me. Thank you so much.
lovely build but high prim count.
it looks fabulous, just wish it had said on the page the prim count. Wondering if I can take away some of it to lower it a bit, I was trying to keep it below 100 if possible. All in all a lovely house though :)
