It's footprint is 30x30m, which makes it fit on parcels from 1024sqm and larger.
The clock works and shows SL time.
Everything is copy and modify, except for the clock script, feel free to change whatever you like, but keep a clean copy in case something goes wrong.
Rezzing this structure is simple, just drag it from your inventory into your land.
