Only 14 prims, 20 meters in width 40 meters in length, ray traced lighting baked into the textures. Structure is copy and mod nice textures includes base and hedge in the front.

I had seen this build at the site, which was a tiny reduced sized house. Had to cam around inside to get a sense of it. I thought it stark and dark and yet interesting. One day I finally bought it and I was absolutely amazed at the huge size and the vivid details in a minimalist build. It was fabulous! I love outdoor/indoor living and this was quite the fun house to decorate. It has a lot of ambiance, a "feel" to it when inside. It is very present and commands attention. The prim count is delightful. It is one of the few houses I did not feel the need to change anything about it. My only suggestion would be to provide a mirror copy. It was difficult to position to the best view on my land.
