Hydro Home Control System: Installed within this building is a remote control system for doors, windows opacity (for privacy) and local lighting. Attach the remote to your HUD and pass copies of the remote out to your friends and visitors to maintain secure access to your buildings features. Alternatively you can rez a copy of the remote allowing anyone to control the buildings features. The system is pre-installed so there is no setup involved and instructions on how to use the remote are included.
Auto Align/rezzer: All of our buildings are packaged with an auto align/rezzing system that will allow even the most novice of players to confidently position and set up our builds.
Instructions: For each build we include a full set of instructions that assume you know very little, we also include a quick-start guide for experienced players and a troubleshooting guide.
Extras Pack: This build comes with an extras pack. View the images for this item to see what extras are included.
Texture Pack: We include all the textures used in the buildings creation, these textures are only to be used to modify our buildings and cannot be resold.

Purchased many expensive houses before this.
This house ended up being my house over all the others because it feels really good to be inside it, and is bright, clean, open, and fresh. So many houses are clausterphobic and narrow. This house is not all messy. There are many extras included. The textures are also included and I used them to make a large basement with a low prim basic skybox that matches the upstairs. This house puts me in a good mood.
I just recently purchased this house and it is just beautiful inside. My only issue with it was getting the thing to rez properly. I ended up having to rez it in a different location and take it into my inventory so I could put it at it's final destination. Other than that I had no problems with the house at all. this a a great buy at the L$1750 I paid for.
