Modern Mesh House

I made this house to fit on most 512m Plots. It is 16m x 14m and most 512m plots are 16 x 32 so it gives you room to spare for plants, garden, or a place to park your car. The frame of this house is %100 mesh with prim parts added to it. It is modify but I recommend making a copy before trying. If you love a sunny house this is the house for you, windows on all four sides of the house with stairs leading up to the rooftop deck. It is 41 Land Impact which translates into 41 prims. Mesh does not use standard prims so it is rated it with “Land Impact.”
