No customer service at all?

These are inexpensive items and cute for what they cost. However, I had a customer service problem and sent a detailed to notecard to this owner, who never responded. The problem was that my friend bought this item, along with another product from this shop, but never received her delivery; so, I rebought them as gifts for her, rather than try to resolve it initially, since they were inexpensive. Still, my friend did not receive them from the Marketplace, although they showed as having been delivered. Although the owner requests that you write to her, I found that doing so was useless. I rebought the items myself, finally receiving them, just to see if the vendor was still in business and working. However, since they are "no transfer," I cannot give them to my friend, so essentially, I have things I don't want, and she still has nothing. I tried going to the shop inworld, but it is not longer there (at least not if you follow the Marketplace URL). I realise that some shop owners may not feel it is worth their time to follow up with their customers on inexpensive items, but then, why bother to own a shop in the first place? Also, while I am willing to pay well for quality designs, I am not willing to continue to pay anything at all, even as little as $59 Lindens, for a shop that offers no communication with customers.
