Not bad, but has flaws
Realize if you get this, you get exactly what is shown in the picture. The shadow details are baked into the wall. So if you don't want the photos and candles you will still see the shadows along the wall. The shadow effects make it look fake, especially in modern PBR lighting, since they are static and very heavy handed.
The mesh is a good one one, so if you are willing to spend some time retexturing, then it's usable. You can remove the firebox part and salvage just the mantle and wall bump out, then add a simple firebox prim and some fireplace logs to improve it. The firebox is a very shallow box with a photo realistic flame animation that isn't that well done.
