A wonderful house in tiki style fitting perfectly a tropic environment. But it is also a modern house with a lot of space inside and large panoramic windows to look at the wonderful outside.
The house has a lot of very interesting features:

- The house consists of a single compound object - easy to handle
- There are no annoying gaps or overlaps in the walls.
- All dimensions are whole numbered meter measurements as far as technically possible.
- The textures are not freebies, but bought by professionals or self created
- Access through the doors can be defined individually.
- All windows have blinds and can be tinted.
The house has the dimensions 18mx15m plus the access ramp.
It consists of 89 Prims. The access ramp can also be connected differently. If necessary, we will be happy to help you with this. It is thus possible to place the house on a plot of 512qm with dimensions of 32mx16m. It is more practical however, to use a plot of at least 1024qm to get enough Prims to furnish it.
