Mesh, modern style home which is split over 2 levels and has roof access. The Modernica Home is fully furnished with AVsitter enabled furniture, material enabled, lots of exclusive artworks, stylish finishing touches, ambient sound system, window controls, security system, working land radio and internet enabled TV. This home is a touch over 15 metres wide and a touch under 15 metres long (15.13 x 14.82). 123 LI total, as pictured with included furniture and decorations. This will easily fit on a 1024 plot and you might be able to even squeeze it into a smaller 512 plot. Copy & Modify (Unpacker HUD, Rez2 Rezzer and scripts are all set to Copy Only.

Scripted Extras
*Security System* - In short this will secure your new home from random unwanted visitors. This is placed on the wall next to the front door. Please read the included note card for full instructions.
*Windows* - There's a silver knob underneath the security system which controls the window opacities. Touch to and select opacity choose from normal opacity, mid or closed. The other option, changes how clean the windows are (this does not affect the glass on the doors). Touch to choose from dirty, grubby, sparkle or mix. Reset option, resets the script.
*Neon Recessed Lights* - on the ceilings you will find a stylish set of neon lamps. There are 7 different bulb and light colours included with 5 light level options. Touch to firstly choose the bulb colour, which loads a second menu for light level. You can choose to have the same coloured light as the bulb, or mix and match. The glow option gives out no light, it just glows.
*Understair Lights* - strand of lights hung underneath the stairs. Touch a bulb to choose your preferred light level.
*Neon Kokeshi* - tucked in the shelving is a Kokeshi doll with the same lighting options as the main neon lights.
*Wall TV Neon Deluxe* - Wall mounted TV with internet access, sound and animation options. Touch to choose from 3 gif animations (Data, Neon Nights or Dancer) or select Watch TV to access the internet. Turn off - turns the TV off and Reset will reset this script. Do not link this to anything!
*Clock Radio* - On the wall shelves is an old skool clock radio. Touch the hour to set the time. Touch the radio to play/stop the white noise sound.
*Atmos Sound System* - there's an invisible mesh speaker on the ceiling above the main living area. Touch the ceiling here to access the Atmos Sound System. 5 sounds are included as well as a silence option (turns off the sounds in the speaker). Simply select your soundscape of choice, then sit back and relax.
*Kapow!! Radio Deck* - Placed carefully on a vintage styled sideboard is the 2021 version of my Kapow!! radio. 89 pre-programmed stations with options to add your own. For full information, please read the included notecard.
