Nice little store, exactly what i searched for ♥
Well done mesh with a good LoD (350,350,21,3), the delivered textures make it easy to do own color and material versions, it is walkable - and 100% what i needed :D
pricing is absolutely okay from my point of view - it is well done mesh, well done textures, so worth each L$ :)

P.S.: I really would appreciate a mirrored version of this too to be more flexible in placing it ;)
