The Modulous House is a modular home base. We will have more front porch choices, back deck/yard, second level, kitchen. or to just use as it is.

there's a room for your kitchen, bedroom, dining room/living room, large walk in closet or office.
Boasts 3 plant walls, 2 on the front door and one in the foyer. a wall fountain runs just around the corner.
