Moglinns Motel (Retro Design Motel)
Original Design
The Motel is 236 mesh prim build with land impact of 155 so it will use 155 prims on your land.
All seating is left click with seating menu for each seat where you see the sit icon.
Features as follows:
Contains Animated and Static poses.
Doors, Windows, curtains open close.
Light switches for each room and outer spot lamps.
Drawers open in bed in the corner penthouse suite. and toilet lid and seat opens closes in each bathroom.
Ice Machine lid opens closes.
Work poses by clicking sit on stool behind counter in office.
Showers left click sit for poses and touch taps for running water.
Each room as a working retro TV works using shared media.
Pillows left click for sleep poses middle pillow as an extra sit up pose.
Chairs and sofa left click for pose menu..
Each room as its own bathroom.
Build is set with mod rights.
Touchable's:
Till touch for till ching ching sound.
Telephone touch for ring sound.
Options:
Kool door enabled doors can be upgraded to RP mode being motel as Mod rights.

Perfect hotel
Exactly what I needed, at about half the prims of my other options, and it looks amazing to boot. AND there's a diner and gas station, and more coming. AND the creator responds to feedback and suggestions! It's perfect!
