Meditation pose than can be use as yoga pose too. The pose is unisex and can be used for Zen, yoga or meditation photos.

Do you need to be frozen, without breathing, way up in mid-air? Then here you go!
So it's kind of amazing that I cannot find a better meditation pose than the freebie I already had. If you just look at the image here, sure, this one looks good, but there are two things you need to know:
1. The creator, for reasons unknown, did not position the pose so you're seated on the ground. No, you'll be way up in midair for no reason.
2. Yes, stillness is important in meditation, but the creator of this pose apparently forgot that you still need to breathe while meditating. Yes, it's COMPLETELY static. When you consider there's literally a freebie that doesn't omit breathing, this is kind of unacceptable for a pose that costs, well ... anything, really.
If you for some reason need to be stuck in midair—not bobbing up and down or breathing in any way, just frozen solid way up in midair in a completely static pose—then I highly recommend this. Otherwise, give it a miss.
