The club is part mesh and modifiable.
The AO maps of the stage and ceiling are layered ontop of the actual stage and ceiling so you can easily swap the textures below the AO maps without losing the prebaked shadows. Note that it requires you to understand basic SL editing methods and techniques.
You can resize the club but be warned that doing so will increase (or decrease) the land impact depending on whether or not you make it bigger or smaller
The default size is 32x32m which would comfortably fit in a 1024m2 parcel
