Montana PBR MP

The Montana is small on the outside, big on the inside, and easy on your wallet.

The Montana is small allowing more room on your parcel for landscaping, or whatever it is you enjoy. It measures approximately 12m x 26m. A 2048sqm parcel is a required minimum because of the LI.

The Montana features a large great room with a full kitchen complete with refrigerator and stove. A working fireplace takes front and center. The screen doors open, and the cozy fire is menu driven. The double door front entry is on the left, large windows to the right. A table is included, waiting for your plants.

The bedroom is large and has plenty of room for your bed and furniture. It boasts a walk-in closet with shelves and has a fluorescent light fixture.

Next is a full bathroom with a flush toilet, medicine cabinet with light and sliding doors, a custom counter with cabinet doors, and a working tub with shower and animations for both. Even the hot and cold faucets move and work and the tub even fills. Pull up on the faucet plunger and the shower turns on. If you're not modest, there is also a large window by the tub. If you are modest or live with neighbors, a curtain is included.

Lift the toilet lid and have a seat. A peeing animation is included (sitting only, sorry guys).

The lanai off the bedroom is truly beautiful with a handsome stone deck and gorgeous pergola.

This model of the Montana features PBR textures for the ultimate realism. PBR is really a fantastic step forward for LL. The bathroom has mirrors but to be frank LL is still developing this and viewing angle is important. The bathroom has a full-length mirror on the wall, in front of the shower, and for the medicine cabinet doors.

Our Smart Lighting System allows you to change the color of the button on the wall panel. The light will change to that color, which enables you to get just the right light. Three buttons are included on each panel with varying luminescence.
