About unpacking items from The Epiphany:
This is a gacha item that comes from the "Epiphany gacha event".
Epiphany has a system where you can redeem (give up) your prize in exchange for points, those points can then be used to buy special items ONLY available at The Epiphany.
This has the consequence that the gacha item is packed into two boxes.
When you rez the first box, it will ask you if you wish to keep or redeem your item.
Make sure you click the keep-button if you want the item, or your item will be LOST forever.
After you click the keep-button, the box will unpack into a folder in your inventory, in it will be another box, you then unpack that. And now, you will have the purchased item in a folder in your inventory.
