This is an ideal cottage for a medieval or fantasy sim it is big enough to be useful yet it hides away in the forest with no effort ...this is definately value for money and I would have gladly have paid more for it.

Too small for it to be used as a house but it is definitely good as decorative item and it only has 4 land impact.
