second tiara is universal and comes in 10 colors corresponding to colors of sailor scouts.

Not only do you get two kick as Tiara choices to wear (for ANY of the Main Sailors) but you can get extra-creative with it as well. Place BOTH the main crown-tiara and the added 'Short Moon' tiara together on the same head! Place the smaller one just in front of the other, and it will add a third-dimension effect for both the crown... and a crescent-moon out in front! Stand tall and let the world know... You are there... in the Name of the Moon!!

I just purchased this tiara and couldn't see the tiaras in the package - only the cresent. I even wrote a IM to the designer (as I noticed the note just before mine).
BUT. Both versions ARE there in the package. They are just not well named (at least that is this dumb blonde's story!)
Really nice and very good value!

This doesn't come with the second tiara, which is what I bought it for. All it came with is the first one.

very nicely done, all tiaras included (sl materials or shiny versions) with resizer! high recommended.
