Sometimes the ground is not editable and
is not all flat or is just water.

Here is the solution with a simple terrace.

The set consists of two terraces, one simple and the other with a small upper floor reachable
through a stone staircase

Both terraces are good for a land of 512 sqm (classic measures 16 x 32)

Terrace A
FOOTPRINT: 15,3 m x 31,3 m
99% mesh (only the base is not mesh)
PRIMS LAND IMPACT: 5
If you resize a mesh could increase the prims count.
PERMISSIONS: copy and modify (no transfer)

Terrace B
FOOTPRINT: 15,3 m x 31,3 m
99% mesh (only the base is not mesh)
PRIMS LAND IMPACT: 13
If you resize a mesh could increase the prims count.
PERMISSIONS: copy and modify (no transfer)

This terrace is built with mesh, so you need Viewer 3 or some else viewer capable

Please take note that the pictures are been made using different type of the sky light that is why the terrace can look like with different tone of colours
