Motorcycle urban mesh non script

I wouldn't have bothered to give this a one star review if it wasn't for the fact that it was sold in the "Mesh Creator Tools - Vehicles" section of Marketplace as a non-scripted motorcycle. To me that implies you could add scripts to it and make it into a motorcycle. Unfortunately this thing is one single prim, so unless you're okay with a motorcycle without moving wheels it's useless. I suppose you could use it as a lawn ornament in a post apocalypse sim but that's about it.
