Rustic Mountain cabin. This cabin is so cozy I live in one myself!
Drop the rez box on the ground. Click the box and select "rezz" from the menu. Position your cabin by moving the rez box around (the cabin will follow). When positioned where you want click the packing box again and select freeze.
This cabin is mod/copy/no transfer. You can mod it and still have a fresh one in your inventory if something goes wrong or you just want to start over.
