Sculpt mountains & most rocks are phantom, I have added some invisible prims under the grass, plateau, waterfall and skybox perimeter to support the avi.

This is a HUGE build that requires a 1/4 sim parcel to rez. Rez box must be placed in the center of your parcel and in a clear space to work correctly. Once that is done, just click "rez it" and your skybox will rez easily.
