It's good.
I don't want to bash, but the prim decks have major land impact. You'd be wasting land impact/prims building it for it'd be about 6-8 to do it good. This one is technically 2 prims if you go with the roof, and floor.
Although it does need a front porch and trail, but hey hopefully somone meshes one cause prims suck.
