Ghost Gone! BOO hoo hoo!
Ok... here's my initial story AND the moral to the story:
"So, my bad... I thought this was copy... been looking at a ton of halloween decorating stuff on mp. It all becomes a blur lol! I unpack it and rez it out and it goes 'WOOOOSH' and poof and cannot be found anywhere on the sim. I did area search and nothing turned up. A notecard came with it which I was unable to read. I have contacted the creator, but you know how that goes. Some people make things put them on mp then leave SL so I might be SOL lol!"
I had posted "my story" last night. I knew I had a 50-50 chance of getting a replacement. And, I did what I needed to fix things on my end...sent IM and NC "my story". Posted my "one star" review and that was that. (btw...I didn't even copy my transaction to the notecard, figured if I got a reply, then I would, but you know what a pain in the butt that is having to log in to your AV account, find the transaction, copy and paste... blahblahblahhh. They really need to come up with a better mousetrap for that... maybe someday.)
TODAY... I had my answer! WOO HOO! Sapphire replied and sent me a replacement and then some! Unexpected yet very much appreciated! I just wanted my Moving Wander Ghost 1 (with Sound)! She went above and beyond the call of duty! (This resulted in my updating my story AND slapping a 5-Star rating on my shopping experience! Thank you Sapphire... there is hope!
I can't wait... "crossing fingers"... to rez out my replacement ghost to see how he will look in the cemetery, which I am decorating for the Gotham Island Event - Benefiting the Michael J. Fox Foundation in Second Life! THANK YOU SAPPHIRE for restoring my faith!
