You can achieve almost the same thing for nothing by creating a yellow sphere, setting the path cut to .125 and .875 selecting each of the exposed semicircle faces, and setting the color to pink. The eyes, eye brow and tongue aren't classic to the game anyway. attach it to your chest, rotate it so it faces forward, take off all other attachments and wear a full body alpha layer.
