Your purchase includes 6 yoga mats in different colors; violet, peach, raspberry, golden rod, lavender, and sage. The yoga mats include 20 unique poses and are menu driven (no poseballs). Each mat is only 1 prim.
Everything is full permisions, accept the script which is no modify. The script, however, will automatically update to any new poses or animations that are added, so you can customize your yoga mats if you like. Add and remove animations, change colors and textures, make multiple copies of your favorite ones, etc.
With your purchase, however, you agree not to resell or gift any part of the mats as is (scripts, mats, poses, etc). However, you may use the yoga mats as a part of items you build for sale or gifting, so long as you make them either no copy, or no transfer.

Not worth the price.
a few decent animations, but 80% of the sit targets are off significantly. You can't link or copy it without it breaking. I guess its my own fault for taking a chance... A quality update is highly suggested seller.
