I have included all Display furniture separately to add to unfurnished unit. All pieces are between 1-3 prims with the exception of few that are larger. All display units are mod/copy
Over 95% Mesh but easily customizable. As I created it to be more like a standard prim prefab so that modification and texture changes can be made just like you would modify a prim structure.
Easy rez system with instruction's as build consists of linked sections. **Please do not unlink as it will greatly increase land impacts!
The store has full bright turned off as shown in images.The build will look different depending on the environment lighting you use. But if full bright is turned on the build will look as it does in CALWAL lighting image.

It is just as beautiful as it appears. Low prim. I took out the shelves and made it into an art gallery. It's perfect!

its not perfect but its fantastic and for this price a gift. Someone wrote here in Review to give this shop a chance and try it .. I did. And its a surprise for me how large and nice this Building is. Some things could be better, cause some Walls and Ceiling comes with one prim (all in one) and is a problem to change the texture for it or use different. But well with 48 Prims should it be not Problem to spend 2 Prims for Wall in this Building. So full 5 Stars for the work, Idea and the Quality - thank you!

This one looks good and has 48 prims only. If you need a bright studio, shop or gallery, you should give it try. I had a problem with the rezzer. The merchant responded fast and sent me a working version. She told me that all deliveries come with a new rezzing system now.
