● Floor- HQ hardwood floors and geometric stone paving as options (touch for menu to change 5 different wood styles)
● Window Tint - Left click window surface and hold the mouse down. Slide up and down to change tint opacity.
● Access control/menu driven doors for private or group access (guide included). I set the doors to manual open. If you need an autol open/ close doors, just inform me. I can make a set for you.

- Amazing quality realistic textures
- Modifiable and Copy/No transfer (Do not buy twice! This is a copy item. If you need more fans for example. Just take the fan to your inventory and rez more as needed.
- Scripts are no mod so it will show as no MODIFY but it is just the scripts that is not modifiable and not the structure itself. You can resize the house and change and keep what you wish to use.
NOTE: Bowling lane is not included in this pack. I just wanted to show you a sample of the space.

Its an excellent buy for the money.
I give the creator 5 stars . Building is beautiful . It is fully modifiable as well. As for previous review about floor changer. Simple fix. Choose your floor and delete script. You could even add your own texture if you wanted to .
Good buy for the price.
It's a good buy for the price but the floor changing is driving me crazy. Anyone who clicks the floor gets a menu and can change the floor. I'm waiting on a fix from the seller.
