Multiple use building Version V 13.0

This is a revised version of the first one. People asked for one with no help pads.

Yeah that was a bit much. :)

Prim build and fully mod and copy. No scripts just a building to use for any purpose.

No stairs but a center core for stairs or an elevator or lift. Three levels. Main floor, 2nd floor and a open loft or open penthouse type design.

Can be a home, office or what ever you need it for.
