A Little Misleading By Picture
So in the picture it looks like you are getting a complete building but you aren't. You have to rezz several of the one structures to get the look in this photo. The upside to this is that it does come with the kitchen and you can remove that if you would like. Textures aren't bad but you can retexture if you need to. Each structure is 46 prims per structure so take that into consideration when rezzing multiple pieces.
A leap of faith...
There was nowhere to demo this building, and relies on the creator being online to show you. For the impatient shopper, like myself, I lept right into it, eyes shut. The building itself is nice, but the texture quality isn't amazing. The exterior bricks are kind of fuzzy, but the interior quality looks good. It's pretty much on par with what's available right now, but for me personally, the price point is a bit too steep.
