This is a 100% mesh Municipal Park sign for your sim. The object is static decor with no scripts. The default texture, along with a link to the original, editable .PSD file for the UV is included so you may easily edit the sign to say whatever you like, or even modify the base textures as you please.
The sign is about 4 1/2 meters wide by 3 meters tall by default. The item is fully scalable, but as this is a mesh object, LI will scale accordingly.

Nice sign, resizable, not lot of park signs available so this is a good one at the price.
