An Injera Platter is a delicious, nutritious dish originating from the Horn of Africa amongst the Habesha people (Ethiopia and Eritria). Teff, a gluten-free grain is fermented and used to create Injera, a flat, sourdough, spongy bread. This bread is topped with various stews, meats, and veggies and voila....Bon apetite!
