In all seriousness I've been asked constantly for my rotating lights. SO I made a simpler version of them yall can mess with all you want.
Obviously you won't be able to see the lights if you do not have Advanced Lighting turned on in your Viewer.
You can change the colors, how much light, how fast it rotates.

(To edit the light colors:
Edit object>Edit Linked>Click the Arrows under the Edit Linked to cycle through each ball> Under the Features tab is where you'll find the light colors and properties you can change for each ball.)
