Mw Blue green & red flashing light scripts blinking full perms

i'm new to this and i added the script to my light ... how do i turn it on and off?

The blue light starts off blue but ends at purple when it blinks. I am not sure why the creator did this but just go into script and change line 21 to <0,0,4> if you want it to be blue for police car. There is no white light for some strange reason but that is easy to change on line 20 and 21, make all the numbers 1. Other than that, these are great scripts to put in your lights and good price.
