Here’s the perfect place to hang out or lounge around in! It’s got some really nice features that will make you as comfortable as you can be. Once you have rezzed it to the position you like you will notice it’s a fun little place and just right for a cozy get together too. It’s size is fairly small and should fit just about anywhere. It has great accent lighting and a nice overhead fan. The lights are controlled by a custom light switch and the overhead fan is a touch on/off. It sets up above the ground so that you can store your small boats or any type of water gear under it. You could set up a nice cozy blanket under it as will. There is plenty of floor space to set other furniture in it as well. Plus it has a nice little deck too!
The overall length is: 20 meters long by 15 meters wide and the platform set up 7 meters from the ground. There are only 38 prims and it’s also just 38 in Land Impact too! Priced to sell and small prim count for a lot of extras to make it your very own. This one’s going to be a great addition to your inventory whether you’re a first time buyer or just are looking to change your parcel a bit.
