This is packed in a box so use of land or a sandbox will be needed to unpack it. main building is totally linked together with the exception of the double automatic doors for them to operate properly they have to be their separate part. the rezzer allows for perfect movement and placement of the building both position and height. Building can be retextured to your liking. Basic knowledge of Link and unlink as well as edit lnk and select face a must to alter its looks if you mess it up just pull a new one out and start over again.
