*My High Rise Apt. Building*

Whether you are brand new to owning and operating an apartment building or a very experienced owner/operator this High-Rise should be fun and easy to run.
Just like any RL apartment operations this too is a full time job and requires yourself or a hired manager to run it full time. Although, many of the operations should be simple to do it still requires your attention to detail.
In this High-Rise there are several things you must do to get setup and running. As with ALL our scripted products this one too has ALL scripts set to NO-MOD.
The Building has built in rezzers to allow each of the non- linked items to appear in the right place. There are occasions when you might need to move stuff around a bit, but the non-linked Items were setup so you won’t have much work to do with them.
The General footprint of this building is 20mx25m, so it should fit just about anywhere with those area measurements.
A set of NoteCards is included to explain how everything works for the new renters, also rules and regulations. All notecards can be changed by you and given your own personal touchs.
All apartments are equipted with a running water sink, a Refridgerator with opening door and a stove.
The Bedrooms all have tintable windows via a wall switch and opening doors.
There is a nice balcolony on each apartment level with sliding doors that are locked via a keypad system as well as the front door that has the same system. Each apartment can be PIN coded for every renter and changed if they move or are evicted.
The entire building is mod copy and no trans that way you can make any changes that you'd like to make to it.
