Here is another large building that could fill your sim's needs!
Are you in need of a lot of space for people to rent stores? Need a compacted area for all the stores to be together? Well look no further, this building is just the thing for you!
This building was created in a 1/8 sim, so it will fit in lands this smaller, and of course larger parcels and sims too.
As stated in the title, this building has 12 stores, 6 on each side. They are all roughly the same size, the middle ones may be a tiny bit bigger than the ones on the sides.
The entire building is 178 prims, with a land impact of 89, it's quite big!
