My Little Pony - Office Building Version 2.1

Here's to more of my pony buildings!

This time, it is an office building! Very useful if you have event staff or have a place where you would like an office space in general or for roleplay!

..:What the building has:..
The ground floor has 3 rooms of various sizes
The first floor has 2 rooms of various sizes
The second floor has 3 rooms of various sizes

Altogether, you have 8 rooms that you can decorate!

This building is 124 prims, but has a land impact of 62.

The building is completely modifiable, you can resize, retexture and recolour it to your liking! You can even unlink certain prims to make it less land impact if you wish to have less rooms in the building, and if you don't want the sign, you can always unlink that too!

The building does not come with doors, you would have to place out your own :3
