My lil Beach house was made to live & love in, near the water. On a base of 7x 10.6 meters, this house of white wood and colors is light and airy, perfect for living close to nature, and yet still protected, for a weekend by the sea.
A comfy downstairs with huge porch protected from the sun by a light awning, and a sleeping loft give all the space you need.

For those cold evenings the house is equipped with a fireplace. This fireplace is not attached to the house, so you could move it around, where it fits you. Inside on backwall, sidewall or maybe on the porch? Anyway, click on the fire to get its menue, you will love it.

If you are a person redecorating your house from time to time, well this house changes with you. Tap the wall under or around the Front window opens a colorchange-menue with the following options:
Roof: 4 colors
Inside walls: 7 colors
Outside walls: 7 colors

In addition we putted a nice lifebelt Deco, a Welcome Mat (with multiple Options) and a copiable planter with beautiful Jazmines in the box, so you can start to decorate your new home right now.

The base house is just 40 Prims, Decoration & Fireplace add a few prims., it is delevered UNFURNISHED.
