Here is the re-mesh of the Prim skybox prefab, Serenity. The prefab size in the photos are set at 15.5m, giving me a land impact of 30. Increasing the size would decrease the land impact and decreasing would give you more LI.

The two openings of the build does not have any window panes in them, so you can fly in and out of those openings.
