Thank you for your interest in Myrtle Place 2 by Jasmin's Creations. This is a stylish, attractive, modern design created for low price and low prims (land impact). This house is built with mesh, Mesh are not like prims, resizing or unlinking mesh could increase the prims count. The house will fit a 512 sqm. parcel with room to spare.
Only the doors and windows are not mesh.
The house features 1st floor living room area, upstairs bedroom with sliding door access to balcony area. A teleport to move between the two levels (living room teleport located on wall beside front door).
Windows are changed from various levels of tint or blinds by clicking on the windows and selecting from the hud menu. Above the sliding bedroom doors, are blinds which can be lowered (left click) to provide complete privacy for bedroom.
Lighting: Down stairs and up stairs room lights have a single controller positioned on wall next to front door, click on or off.
Lockable Doors with controllable access.
