[Myst Labs] NO VISIBILITY = NO GLOW

This Script was assembled for developers who have trouble with glow showing when teir item is hidden with alpha/transparency.
First Know this, Glow always shows through alpha, the only answer therefore is to turn off the glow. Being a scripter and builder I know how frustrating it is to want to make somebody's no mod/closed source alpha script work with glow. The answer I found is a simple yet effective script for turning off glow at 100% Alpha. This script will only turn the whole prim glow or not, not just the single face.

Note: This Script is not to be resold as is, instead it should be transferred without charge(aka free). You MAY Sell items containing this script however, as to not allow that would defeat much of the purpose.
