To throw your target simply hold down C (Crouch) and release to send them flying.The ten staffs are moldavite staff, quartz crystal staff, black crystal staff, sun crystal staff, sapphire staff, red topaz staff, amethyst staff, citrine staff, aquamarine staff, pink agate staff . The staffs only works in push zones :).
