Even though the item will state being NO MODIFY, it actually is, this is due to a single script in the glasses (which can be removed if desired) which is used by the texture hud, and the hud itself.

The hud can be used to colour tint the 4 regions of the glasses mesh and tint each area as desired, though SL EDIT MODE can be used if you would rather.
